Als bouwkundig projectmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en coördineren van bouwkundige projecten van A tot Z. Je werkt aan verbouwings- en renovatieprojecten waarbij bestaande gebouwen worden aangepast naar een hoger gebruikersniveau. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, adviseert over technische mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning en budget worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit het ontwerpteam, maar hebt de ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en je eigen werkwijze te bepalen. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Het leiden en coördineren van bouwkundige projecten in de utiliteitsbouw en vastgoedbeheer; - Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en het onderhouden van klantrelaties; - Het opstellen van projectplanningen, begrotingen en voortgangsrapportages; - Het adviseren over technische oplossingen en het bewaken van kwaliteit en duurzaamheid; - Het afstemmen met architecten, adviseurs, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen; - Het begeleiden van het ontwerpproces en het toetsen van tekeningen en specificaties; - Het uitvoeren van bouwplaatsbezoeken en het oplossen van praktische vraagstukken tijdens de uitvoering.

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over complexe vraagstukken en de vrijheid om je vakmanschap in te zetten zoals jij dat het beste acht. Er wordt niet over je schouder meegekeken, maar je kunt altijd terugvallen op de kennis en ervaring van je collega's wanneer dat nodig is.
