Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar maakbare en economisch haalbare ontwerpen met behulp van 2D- en vooral 3D-tekenprogrammatuur. Je communiceert je ontwerpkeuzes duidelijk binnen het projectteam en naar de klant toe. Daarnaast draag je bij aan innovatieve oplossingen en een efficiënte samenwerking binnen de projecten. Dit bedrijf werkt met een team van bijna 20 professionals aan uiteenlopende constructieve en bouwkundige projecten. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die voldoet aan de volgende eisen: - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Civiele Techniek of Bouwkunde; - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Kennis en beheersing van Revit en AutoCAD; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Bewust van projectbudgetten en kostenbewaking; - Inlevingsvermogen in de belangen van de klant; - Persoonlijke eigenschappen: proactief, accuraat, sociaal, verantwoordelijk en communicatief sterk.
