Herken jij jezelf in een van de volgende rollen, maar ben je toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging waarin geen dag hetzelfde is? - VvE Beheerder / Technisch Manager / Vastgoedadviseur: Je bent gewend om te schakelen met vastgoedeigenaren, bewoners en aannemers, beheert budgetten en hebt een sterk organiserend vermogen; - Projectleider / Werkvoorbereider / Calculator (Renovatie & Onderhoud): Je weet hoe herstel- en bouwprojecten worden opgestart, kunt kosten nauwkeurig inschatten en houdt grip op de planning; - Bouwkundig Inspecteur / Kwaliteitsopzichter: Je ziet elk technisch detail, herkent gebreken direct en weet precies hoe een gebouw constructief in elkaar steekt; - Coördinator Schadeherstel: Je hebt al ervaring in de schadewereld, aan de kant van de hersteller, en bent toe aan de stap naar een onafhankelijke expertiserol bij DEKRA; - Makelaar / Vastgoedtaxateur: Je hebt een scherp oog voor de waarde en staat van gebouwen en bent communicatief ijzersterk in het contact met klanten. Bij DEKRA waarderen we jouw diverse achtergrond. Je hoeft nog geen schade-expert te zijn; wij leiden je op! Wat ga je doen? Als Bouwkundig Schade-expert Property ben jij de cruciale schakel op het moment dat het er echt toe doet. Na een brand, storm, lekkage of andere calamiteit kom jij in actie. - Onderzoeken & Analyseren: Je bezoekt de schadelocatie, beoordeelt de bouwkundige situatie en achterhaalt de oorzaak en omvang van de schade; - Rapporteren & Calculeren: Je stelt heldere rapportages op en berekent de herstelkosten (waarbij jouw ervaring met calculaties en inspecties direct van pas komt); - Verbinden: Je bent het professionele en empathische aanspreekpunt voor gedupeerden, verzekeraars en tussenpersonen.
