Heb je een achtergrond in bouwkunde en haal je energie uit het oplossen van technische vraagstukken? Vind je het leuk om aannemers, architecten en studiebureaus verder te helpen met concreet en onderbouwd advies? Voor een internationale en technisch sterke organisatie actief binnen professionele oplossingen voor de bouwsector zoeken we een Bouwkundig Technisch Adviseur. Je wordt een belangrijk technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s en combineert inhoudelijke expertise met praktische ondersteuning.

Jouw functie

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van aannemers, architecten, studiebureaus en interne collega’s.
  • Je adviseert klanten over geschikte technische oplossingen en systemen voor hun bouwprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij technische uitdagingen, zowel tijdens de ontwerpfase als bij concrete toepassingen op de werf.
  • Je werkt onder andere rond toepassingen binnen waterdichting, dakoplossingen en andere gespecialiseerde bouwsystemen. Sika
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van sales, marketing en R&D.
  • Je stelt technische documentatie op en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct en actueel blijft.
  • Je werkt onder meer aan technische fiches, lastenboeken, adviezen en rapporten.
  • Je helpt mee om technische kennis binnen de organisatie verder uit te bouwen en te delen.
  • Je geeft occasioneel technische opleidingen aan klanten en interne collega’s.
  • Je maakt gebruik van digitale tools en AI-toepassingen om analyses, documentatie en technisch advies efficiënter uit te werken.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting, waarbij een achtergrond in bouwkunde sterk wordt gewaardeerd.
  • Ook kandidaten die door relevante ervaring een gelijkwaardig technisch niveau hebben opgebouwd, komen in aanmerking.
  • Ervaring in een technische functie binnen de bouwsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een goede kennis van Engels is eveneens belangrijk.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Deinze, Nazareth-De Pinte of ruime omgeving, aangezien het om een on-site functie gaat.
  • Je beschikt over sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en vertaalt technische informatie naar duidelijke, bruikbare adviezen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met verschillende soorten gesprekspartners.
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en werkt graag samen met andere afdelingen.
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en technische expertise centraal staan.
