Van Bergeijk Beheer Junior/Medior Technisch Medewerker Vastgoed Ben jij technisch ingesteld, praktisch en krijg je energie van gebouwen die goed functioneren? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Voor onze vastgoedportefeuille zoeken we een Junior/Medior Technisch Medewerker Vastgoed. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gebouwen technisch in goede staat blijven. Je houdt overzicht op storingen, onderhoud en inspecties en werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, aannemers en installateurs. Je hoeft niet alles al te weten. Technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een praktische instelling vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Bij ons krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vastgoedbeheer. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt dat onze gebouwen veilig, technisch goed en duurzaam onderhouden blijven. Daarbij houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Oppakken en opvolgen van storingen en reparaties. - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, aannemers en installateurs. - Beoordelen of uitgevoerde werkzaamheden voldoen aan de gemaakte afspraken. - Uitvoeren van jaarlijkse inspecties en beoordelen van de technische staat van gebouwen. - Signaleren van risico's, gebreken en onderhoudsbehoeften. - Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes op prijs, kwaliteit en planning. - Vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete onderhoudsacties. - Bewaken van voortgang en zorgen dat de administratie actueel blijft. Zo kan jouw dag eruitzien: - Je start de week met een gezamenlijke kick-off en bespreekt wat er speelt. - Er komt een melding binnen van een flinke lekkage bij een huurder. Jij zorgt dat de juiste partij snel in actie komt. - Je bespreekt lopende technische zaken met een opdrachtgever en houdt betrokkenen op de hoogte. - Tijdens de lunch zit je samen met collega's aan tafel en is er ruimte voor een potje tafelvoetbal of darts. - Een nieuw pand komt in beheer.
