Bouwkundig technisch ontwerper / modelleur Voor onze relatie in de regio Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Ontwerper / Revit Modelleur voor 32 tot 40 uur per week . Je komt terecht bij een architectenbureau met een hecht team van ervaren ontwerpers en technici. Men werkt aan uiteenlopende en beeldbepalende projecten, waaronder grootstedelijke woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, zorgprojecten, transformaties en laboratoria. De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt op projectmatige woningbouw. Als Technisch Ontwerper / Revit Modelleur vertaal je ontwerpen naar maakbare en technisch goed doordachte gebouwen. Je werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband aan Revit- en 3D-modellen die de basis vormen voor de realisatie. Hierbij bewaak je zowel de ontwerpvisie als de technische kwaliteit. Je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen voldoen aan de geldende bouwregelgeving en denkt actief mee over slimme, duurzame en fraai vormgegeven oplossingen. Daarnaast deel je jouw technische kennis met collega's en lever je daarmee een bijdrage aan het verder versterken van de technische kwaliteit binnen de organisatie. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? - Een afgeronde hbo- of TU-opleiding Bouwkunde; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het technisch uitwerken van hoogwaardige projecten, met een focus op woningbouw; - Uitstekende beheersing van Revit; - Kennis van de actuele bouwregelgeving; - Ervaring met verschillende fasen van het ontwerpproces; - Enthousiasme en creativiteit om duurzaamheidsvraagstukken te integreren in ontwerpuitdagingen; - Je werkt graag samen met collega's; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Het eerste jaar kom je in dienst bij Acutec, Onze opdrachtgever heeft de nadrukkelijke intentie om bij een goede wederzijdse 'klik' direct aansluitend op een periode van detachering de arbeidsrelatie rechtstreeks aan te gaan.
