Als Bouwkundig Tekenaar speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwikkelingsproces van diverse vastgoedprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, projectleiders en constructeurs om technische tekeningen te vertalen naar uitvoerbare plannen. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, vanaf de conceptfase tot en met de uitvoering, en je draagt bij aan de realisatie van duurzame en innovatieve gebouwen die naadloos aansluiten op de behoeften van toekomstige gebruikers. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Het uitwerken van ontwerpen in gedetailleerde technische tekeningen met behulp van geavanceerde CAD- en BIM-software; - Het maken van werktekeningen voor aannemers en uitvoerders; - Het verwerken van wijzigingen en revisies in bestaande tekeningen; - Het uitvoeren van bouwkundige berekeningen en controles; - Het opstellen van materiaallijsten en bestekken; - Het bezoeken van bouwplaatsen om technische issues op te lossen; - Het afstemmen met architecten, projectleiders en externe partners.
