Je denkt mee over slimme technische oplossingen en manieren om modulaire bouwprojecten efficiënter uit te voeren. Daarmee krijg je een brede functie waarin techniek, kosten en uitvoering bij elkaar komen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bouwkundige ontwerpen uitwerken tot nauwkeurige technische tekeningen in AutoCAD en Revit; - Kostencalculaties, hoeveelheden en begrotingen opstellen voor modulaire bouwprojecten; - Technische projectinformatie controleren en projecten voorbereiden voor de uitvoering; - Projectlocaties bezoeken en bestaande situaties, maatvoering en technische details vastleggen; - Technische oplossingen beoordelen op haalbaarheid, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid; - Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden en aanvragen van omgevingsvergunningen; - Project- en materiaalgegevens ver.
