The posting

Landmeterskantoor Van Eester is op zoek naar een bouwkundig tekenaar voor ons kantoor in Wetteren.

Je werkt mee aan een omvangrijk project waarbij schoolgebouwen digitaal in kaart worden gebracht. Op basis van 3D-puntenwolken en snedes zet je bestaande gebouwen nauwkeurig om naar duidelijke en technisch correcte 2.5D grondplannen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je hoofdtaak bestaat uit het verwerken en uittekenen van opgemeten schoolgebouwen.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • verwerken en interpreteren van 3D-puntenwolken;
  • werken met horizontale en verticale snedes uit puntenwolken;
  • uittekenen van 2.5D grondplannen van bestaande gebouwen;
  • correct intekenen van muren, deuren, ramen, trappen en andere bouwkundige elementen;
  • controleren van afmetingen en geometrie aan de hand van de beschikbare scandata;
  • verzorgen van een uniforme en kwalitatieve CAD-opmaak;
  • uitvoeren van interne controles en eventuele correcties.

Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Wetteren.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden

De functie hoeft zich niet te beperken tot tekenwerk.

Heb je interesse in 3D-laserscanning en terreinwerk? Dan bieden we je de mogelijkheid om je verder op te leiden en op termijn ook zelf gebouwen op locatie te scannen.

Zo kan je doorgroeien naar een veelzijdige functie waarbij je het volledige traject beheerst: van de 3D-opmeting op het terrein tot het afgewerkte digitale grondplan.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die:

  • een bouwkundige of technische achtergrond heeft;
  • vlot kan werken met CAD-software;
  • bouwkundige plannen goed kan lezen en interpreteren;
  • nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt;
  • ruimtelijk inzicht heeft;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed functioneert binnen een team;
  • interesse heeft in nieuwe technieken zoals 3D-laserscanning en puntenwolken.

Ervaring met het verwerken van puntenwolken, 3D-scans of as-builtplannen is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste. De nodige opleiding en begeleiding kan intern worden voorzien.
