Heb je een sterk bouwtechnisch inzicht en werk je graag mee aan architecturaal hoogwaardige residentiële projecten? Als Bouwkundig Tekenaar Stabiliteit werk je binnen een gespecialiseerd studiebureau in regio Diksmuide aan de structurele uitwerking van high-end woonprojecten. Je vertaalt stabiliteitsstudies en technische berekeningen naar nauwkeurige uitvoeringsplannen voor funderingen, beton- en staalconstructies en werkt hiervoor voornamelijk met AutoCAD 2D en Revit.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je werkt stabiliteitsplannen en structurele details uit voor hoogwaardige residentiële bouwprojecten, van voorontwerp tot uitvoeringsdossier.
  • Je tekent onder meer funderingen, betonconstructies, staalstructuren, vloerplaten, balken, kolommen en andere dragende elementen.
  • Je vertaalt berekeningen en technische input van stabiliteitsingenieurs naar duidelijke, nauwkeurige en praktisch uitvoerbare plannen.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met AutoCAD 2D en Revit en zorgt voor een correcte opbouw en actualisatie van tekeningen en modellen.
  • Je stemt plannen en technische details af met stabiliteitsingenieurs, architecten en andere betrokken partijen en verwerkt wijzigingen zorgvuldig.
  • Je denkt praktisch mee over technische oplossingen, detecteert mogelijke knelpunten en draagt bij aan kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoeringsdetails.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding binnen Bouwkunde, Architectuur, Bouwkundig Tekenen of een vergelijkbare richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met structureel tekenen en stabiliteitsplannen, bij voorkeur binnen woningbouw, appartementsbouw of hoogwaardige residentiële projecten.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in funderingen, gewapend beton, staalconstructies en dragende bouwstructuren.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met AutoCAD 2D en Revit en bent in staat technische informatie zelfstandig naar correcte plannen en details te vertalen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en combineert technisch inzicht met een sterk oog voor detail en uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit, bent flexibel en communiceert vlot met ingenieurs, architecten en andere projectpartners.
