Bouwkundig tekenaar – Toegepaste Architectuur

W-Architecten is een architectenbureau in Heule, actief in voornamelijk residentiële projecten. Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een bouwkundig tekenaar met een goede technische basis en interesse in architectuur en woningbouw.

Ook pas afgestudeerden zijn van harte welkom.

Wat houdt de job in?

Je werkt mee aan onze projecten vanaf het eerste voorontwerp tot en met de bouwaanvraag. In het begin krijg je de nodige begeleiding. Naarmate je ervaring opbouwt, werk je steeds zelfstandiger en neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op.

Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

  • uitwerken en aanpassen van voorontwerpen voor woningen
  • vertalen van wensen van de bouwheer naar een praktisch en bouwkundig haalbaar ontwerp
  • uitwerken van grondplannen, gevels, snedes en inplantingsplannen
  • verwerken van opmetingen en bestaande toestanden
  • controleren en verwerken van stedenbouwkundige voorschriften
  • voorbereiden en vervolledigen van bouwaanvragen en omgevingsvergunningsdossiers
  • meedenken over materialen, volumes, bouwtechniek en praktische uitvoerbaarheid

Op termijn is het de bedoeling dat je een dossier van voorontwerp tot bouwaanvraag zelfstandig leert beheersen. Projecten worden intern besproken en je kan steeds terugvallen op ervaren collega’s.

Wie zoeken we?

Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor Toegepaste Architectuur, Bouwkunde of een gelijkaardige opleiding.

Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar minstens even belangrijk vinden we je ingesteldheid. We zoeken iemand die graag bijleert, feedback gebruikt en niet alleen correct wil tekenen, maar ook wil begrijpen waarom iets op een bepaalde manier wordt ontworpen of uitgewerkt.

Je:

  • hebt een goede bouwkundige en ruimtelijke basis
  • werkt vlot met AutoCAD 2D en SketchUp
  • denkt zelfstandig na en neemt initiatief, maar stemt af wanneer nodig
  • werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • hebt interesse in zowel ontwerp als technische uitwerking
  • spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
  • wil je op langere termijn binnen het kantoor verder ontwikkelen

Ervaring met voorontwerpen, bouwaanvragen, stedenbouwkundige voorschriften of het Omgevingsloket is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
