Als Bouwkundig Werkvoorbereider in Hoogeveen zorg jij dat nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten goed voorbereid van start gaan én tijdens de uitvoering blijven doorlopen. Je werkt aan projecten vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de daadwerkelijke uitvoering. Jij bent degene die vooruitkijkt. Zijn de tekeningen compleet? Zijn materialen op tijd besteld? Zijn afspraken met leveranciers en onderaannemers duidelijk? En loopt de voorbereiding nog volgens planning en budget? Je werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder en andere collega's binnen het projectteam. Terwijl de uitvoering zich richt op wat er buiten gebeurt, zorg jij dat alles daarvoor op het juiste moment geregeld is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - voorbereiden van nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten; - uitwerken en controleren van bouwkundige tekeningen; - uitwerken van concept- en uitvoeringsontwerpen; - controleren of tekeningen technisch uitvoerbaar zijn; - plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden; - inkopen en afroepen van materialen; - aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes; - onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - afstemmen met het uitvoeringsteam; - bewaken van de werkplanning; - controleren van kosten en financiële voortgang; - verwerken van wijzigingen tijdens het project; - analyseren van informatie vanuit opdrachtgevers; - bezoeken van projecten en opdrachtgevers wanneer dat nodig is; - uitvoeren van controles en bijhouden van de projectadministratie.
