Als bouwkundig werkvoorbereider bij deze opdrachtgever ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bouwprojecten in Noordoost Nederland. Dit kan zijn in Groningen, maar ook in Ommen of Emmen. Je hoofdtaken omvatten het opstellen van de projectplanningen, het regelen van inkoop en technische uitwerkingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de budgetten worden gerespecteerd en onderhoudt contacten met externe partijen en collega's. Naast het hanteren van cijfers, speelt ook de voorbereiding en begeleiding van projecten een belangrijke rol in je functie. Dit maakt je werk gevarieerd, maar krijg je ook veel verantwoordelijkheid. De projecten bevinden zich dus door heel Noordoost Nederland. Bij deze opdrachtgever ben je in de rol van werkvoorbereider ook regelmatig op pad. Hiernaast biedt deze opdrachtgever veel flexibiliteit en is er in overleg veel mogelijk. Alles op basis van vertrouwen, uiteindelijk ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van jouw werkzaamheden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent communicatief sterk; - Je bent een uitstekende planner; - Je beschikt over bouwkundige kennis en bij voorkeur ervaring in de vastgoedwereld.
