Amsterdam Bouwkunde HBO Architectenbureau Modelleur Vaste baan Functie omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een Startende bouwkundige met affiniteit voor BIM. Als Bouwkundige werk je op het snijvlak van architectuur, bouwtechniek en digitale engineering. In deze vaste functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week vertaal je creatieve ontwerpen naar technisch haalbare en uitvoerbare oplossingen. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige ontwerpproces: van de eerste schetsen tot gedetailleerde werktekeningen. In BIM werk je ontwerpen verder uit en denk je actief mee over constructieve opzet, indeling, detaillering en materiaalgebruik. Daarbij zet je jouw technische kennis vroeg in het proces in om knelpunten te voorkomen en de kwaliteit van het ontwerp te verhogen. Nieuwe materialen, digitale technieken en slimme bouwmethoden krijgen volop aandacht. Zo draag je bij aan gebouwen waarin architectonische kwaliteit, maakbaarheid en prettig gebruik samenkomen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitwerken van bouwkundige ontwerpen in verschillende ontwerpfasen - Vertalen van architectonische ideeën naar technisch maakbare oplossingen - Opbouwen, uitwerken en controleren van 3D-BIM-modellen - Uitwerken van bouwkundige details en materialisatie - Signaleren en oplossen van technische vraagstukken - Afstemmen met architecten, adviseurs en andere ontwerpdisciplines - Toepassen van actuele bouwregelgeving en het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving - Meedenken over nieuwe technieken, materialen en digitale werkmethoden Kenmerken vacature: Modelleur, Vaste baan, Bouwkunde Organisatie Deze ontwerporganisatie brengt architectuur, bouwkunde, stedenbouw en advies samen binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams.
