Ben jij een bouwkundige met ervaring in renovatieprojecten en een hart voor maatschappelijk relevant werk? Ben je vertrouwd met prijsbewust renoveren en opvolgen van onderaannemers? Dan ben jij de persoon die we nodig hebben.

Het Pandschap renoveert (leegstaande) woningen om die sociaal te verhuren. We creëren bijkomend sociaal huuraanbod voor mensen in een kwetsbare situatie. Hiervoor ontzorgen we eigenaars in het volledige renovatieproces, waarna de woning wordt verhuurd via een woonmaatschappij.

Wat verwachten we van jou:

  • Je bezoekt woningen en zoekt creatieve oplossingen om die betaalbaar te renoveren.
  • Je maakt een raming op, je vraagt offertes aan en coördineert de werken.
  • Je volgt het budget op en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afronding van je projecten.
  • Je komt terecht in een klein team, waar je de nodige zelfstandigheid aan de dag legt.
  • Je wordt uiteraard ondersteunt bij de opstart, maar kan al snel je eigen projecten opnemen.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je ook een trekker die de bredere organisatie mee helpt uitbouwen in de regio Antwerpen of Kempen.
  • Geen diplomavereisten, wel aantoonbare ervaring in prijsbewust renoveren en kennis van de woningkwaliteitsnormen.

Pluspunten:

  • Zin voor initiatief, planmatig werken.
  • Ervaring met juridische en financiële aspecten van het bouwproces.
