Werk in een compact en deskundig team aan unieke, monumentale en duurzame stationsgebouwen! Jij zorgt voor de mobiliteit van Nederland Daarom wil je als junior bouwkundige bij NS stations werken - Met jouw kennis en expertise heb je als opdrachtgever regie op het gehele onderhoudsproces van de stations in jouw eigen regio. - Je maakt impact op onze stations, in de rol van bouwkundige zorg jij ervoor dat deze optimaal onderhouden worden en een prettig en veilig verblijf zijn voor onze reizigers. - Je komt veel op locatie en door de jaren heen leer je onze stations goed kennen met alle bijzondere bouwkundige details en eigenaardigheden. Loes: "Stations zijn middelpunten in steden en dorpen en het vastgoed speelt een speciale rol in de maatschappij. Onze mensen mogen daar zorg voor hebben en wat ze ook teruggeven is de veelzijdigheid van het werk door de verschillende typologieën aan bouwwerken en activiteiten. Dus een groot netwerk met stakeholders en leveranciers. Zorgen dat onze reizigers én huurders gebruikmaken van optimaal onderhouden stationsgebouwen. Als bouwkundige bij NS Stations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele onderhoudsproces. Daarbij vervul je de rol van opdrachtgever. Jij leidt de uitvoerende werkzaamheden om het onderhoud te verzorgen. Dit kunnen reguliere werkzaamheden aan daken, gevels of vloeren zijn maar ook op maat afgestemde onderhoudswerkzaamheden die (bijvoorbeeld) betrekking hebben op speciale details zoals kunstobjecten of monumenten. Het leuke is: de stations variëren in omvang, ruimtelijke inbedding en bouwstijl. Van monumentaal tot hypermodern en élk anders ingericht; Winkels, restaurants, fietsenstallingen en roltrappen, alles is er te vinden.
