Jij bent de bewonerscoach binnen onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners goed geïnformeerd zijn voordat de werkzaamheden starten, tijdens de uitvoering én bij de oplevering. Dankzij jouw planning, communicatie en afstemming verlopen projecten soepel voor zowel bewoners als uitvoering. In welk speelveld bevind je je? Geluk Groep is gespecialiseerd in het onderhouden, renoveren en verduurzamen van woningen, vaak in opdracht van woningcorporaties. Deze werkzaamheden vinden meestal plaats terwijl de woningen bewoond zijn, wat impact heeft op de bewoners. Zij hebben vaak uiteenlopende vragen zoals: " Welke voorbereidingen moet ik treffen?" en "Kan ik op vakantie? " Je begrijpt de situatie waarin een bewoner zich kan bevinden, maar tegelijkertijd moet jouw collega zijn werk zonder stagnatie kunnen voortzetten. Ook omwonenden en andere betrokken partijen willen op de hoogte blijven van wat er in hun buurt gebeurt. Je stemt zaken af met onze opdrachtgever en zorgt ervoor dat zij regelmatig geïnformeerd worden over de actuele ontwikkelingen rondom het project. Wat neem je mee? - Een passende opleiding (MBO+ niveau) : Jij kunt bewoners goed meenemen in het proces. - Ervaring : Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen de bouw-, onderhouds-, renovatie- of corporatiesector. - Taal daar ben je goed in : Je weet wat B1 taal is en je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. - Handig met Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) : Jij klikt en typt je soepel door alle programma's heen. - Bouwkundige feeling? Technische kennis is mooi meegenomen (maar geen must). - Teamspeler en communicatieschakel : Jij weet: samen kom je verder. Jij stemt vlot af met je collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de bewoners altijd helder en tijdig weten wat hen te wachten staat.
