Heb jij een aantal jaren ervaring in de bouw als timmerman, voorman of assistent uitvoerder? Ben jij een vakman en wil je meer doen met jouw kennis? Dan past deze baan helemaal bij jou! Wij leiden je op als inspecteur zodat jij jouw kennis uit de bouw kan gebruiken om woningkopers te adviseren over hun woning. Hoe ziet een inspectie eruit? Je zorgt dat je op tijd bij de woning bent zodat je alvast wat eerste gegevens kunt voorbereiden. Al snel komen er twee zenuwachtige klanten aanlopen. Het bod op de woning is geaccepteerd, maar toch maken ze zich zorgen over de staat van de woning. Aan jou de taak om onafhankelijk de woning te keuren, zodat de klant kan beslissen of de woning ook echt hun droomwoning is. Samen met de klanten inspecteer je de volledige woning en laat je eventuele gebreken zien. Je maakt hier foto's van en legt de gebreken direct vast op je tablet. Thuis werk je vanuit je ingerichte werkplek het rapport volledig uit. Wat maakt de functie zo leuk? Jouw bouwkundige kennis is niet vanzelfsprekend. Klanten staan te springen om van jou te leren. Jij legt met plezier uit wat je allemaal controleert en kunt eventuele gebreken en oorzaken toelichten. Met jouw oog voor detail weet je zeker dat je elke dag met een goed gevoel naar huis gaat. En de volgende dag ga je weer vol enthousiasme aan de slag, want in elke woning kom je weer nieuwe dingen tegen. In een uitgebreid trainingstraject loop je mee met onze collega's en leer jij alle kneepjes van het vak.
