Als Bouwkundig Revit Modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderbouwen van bouwkundige ontwerpen, waarbij je gebruik maakt van zowel 2D- als 3D-tekenprogramma's, met de nadruk op 3D-modellering in Revit. Je vertaalt de wensen en behoeften van de klant naar haalbare en economisch verantwoorde ontwerpen. Dit vraagt om een scherp oog voor detail en een goed begrip van technische en bouwkundige processen. Naast je ontwerpvaardigheden ben je communicatief sterk. Je kunt jouw ontwerpkeuzes duidelijk onderbouwen en uitleggen aan zowel het interne projectteam als aan de klant. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders, waarbij je niet alleen technische oplossingen biedt, maar ook actief meedenkt over optimalisaties en innovaties binnen projecten.
