Ter versterking van ons domein Ruimtelijke ordening zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Bouwmanager Vastgoedontwikkeling Stationsplein. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Het contractmanagement voor de fietsenstalling verzorgt en samen met ProRail de aannemer aanstuurt, waarbij je de gemeentelijke belangen behartigt - De ontwikkelaar begeleidt bij de technische uitwerking en ontwikkeling van bouwblokken 2 en 3 - De samenwerking tussen de betrokken partijen coördineert en de technische raakvlakken tussen de fietsenstalling, de bouwblokken en de openbare ruimte beheerst - Een onafhankelijk constructeur aanbesteedt, selecteert en aanstuurt bij het toetsen van ontwerpen en het controleren van de bouw - De constructieve samenhang tussen de deelprojecten bewaakt en ervoor zorgt dat ontwerpen en raakvlakken zorgvuldig worden afgestemd en geborgd - Nauw samenwerkt met de programmamanager, projectleiders en omgevingsmanager over de uitvoering, interne processen en bestuurlijke besluitvorming Je bent een technisch-inhoudelijke gesprekspartner die bijdraagt aan een succesvolle ontwikkeling van het Stationsplein.
