Over de functie Als bouwmanager vastgoedontwikkeling Stationsplein ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van de realisatie van een ondergrondse fietsenstalling en twee bouwblokken in het stationsgebied Hilversum. Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen verschillende partijen, beheerst technische raakvlakken en zorgt voor de borging van constructieve oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het programmamanagement en stuurt op inhoud, proces en resultaat. Wat je gaat doen - Contractmanagement fietsenstalling in samenwerking met ProRail en aannemer - Procesbegeleiding en contractmanagement bouwblokken 2 en 3 - Begeleiden en borgen samenwerking en raakvlakken tussen fietsenstalling, bouwblokken en openbare ruimte - Aanbesteden, selecteren en aansturen onafhankelijk constructeur - Samenwerken met programmamanager, projectleiders en omgevingsmanager - Halen en brengen van informatie, besluiten en keuzes van en naar het programmateam Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als projectleider, bouwmanager of contractmanager in een technische context - Aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van contract-, project- of bouwmanagement in een integrale, binnenstedelijke gebiedsontwikkeling bij een 50.000+ gemeente - Aantoonbare werkervaring bij het ontwikkelen en realiseren van een WKO - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de borging van technische raakvlakken tussen (deel-)projecten en (deel-)contracten - Analytisch, samenwerken, accuraat, communicatief vaardig, uitdrukkingsvaardigheid (mondeling en schriftelijk), ...
