Als bouwmedewerker ben je bij ons overal bij betrokken: van het leggen van de fundering tot het timmerwerk en het opleveren van complete gebouwen. Vandaag werkten we aan 'Kantoortoren De Horizon' en appartementencomplex 'Zeezicht', en binnenkort starten we bij een vrijstaande woning voor de familie van Dijk. Samenwerken is voor ons vanzelfsprekend. We overleggen constant, maken snelheid als het nodig is. Uiteraard nemen we elkaar in de zeik of gooien we er een grap in, zoals "Waarom nam Diederik, onze timmerman, een ladder mee naar kantoor voor een gesprek? Om hogerop te komen." Tegelijk zorgen we dat alles netjes en op tijd wordt opgeleverd. Niemand draait zich om bij een scheve plank of een betonrand die nét verkeerd zit, dat lossen we samen op. De Baan Als bouwmedewerker draai je mee in het hart van onze bouwprojecten. Je helpt mee met tegelwerk, schilderen, timmerwerk en het plaatsen van wanden, vloeren of zelfs daken. Daarnaast zorg je dat alles op de bouw soepel verloopt: materialen, gereedschap en machines klaarzetten, zodat niemand zonder boormachine of zaag staat. Als bouwhulp spring je bij waar nodig en leer je dagelijks nieuwe vaardigheden op de werkvloer. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer help je een collega met een muurtje, de andere keer leg je een vloer of schilder je een kamer netjes af. Soms gooi je liever een hamer of gereedschap naar het hoofd van je collega, maar het idee is dat je hem gewoon aangeeft (al zijn beide effectief)! Kortom, je bent ons rechterhandje op de bouw: een echte alleskunner die van aanpakken houdt, graag samenwerkt en humor op de werkvloer waardeert. Afwisseling, leren en een grapje tussendoor maken...
