Let dan even op! Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega bouwmedewerker. Je hebt met deze vacature een afwisselende uitdaging; van handsloop tot specialistische reiniging. Functieomschrijving Als bouwmedewerker bij ons heb je een veelzijdige baan. Je kunt werken in de sloop, specialistische reiniging, vloeronderhoud en/of glasbewassing. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je begint je werkdag om 06:45 uur op ons kantoor in Apeldoorn. Daar drink je samen met je collega's een kop koffie en bespreek je de dag. Daarna vertrek je naar het project waar je die dag aan de slag gaat. Je werkt op verschillende bouwprojecten in de provincie Gelderland. Wat je precies doet, hangt af van het project. Zo kun je helpen met sloopwerkzaamheden in woningen, schoonmaken in kantoorpanden of vloeren onderhouden. Je werkt altijd samen met collega's en levert samen goed werk af. Het is een afwisselende baan waarbij je veel leert en jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Ben jij als bouwmedewerker graag met diverse taken bezig binnen de sloop en specialistische reiniging? Wat bieden we? - Salaris tussen de € 2550,- en € 2750,- per maand - 8.33% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis - Goede begeleiding als je nog geen ervaring hebt - Goede persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen - Pensioenopbouw vanaf dag 1 Wat vragen we? - In het bezit van geldige certificaten zoals VCA of bereid deze te behalen. - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Je vindt het leuk om fysiek werk te verrichten.
