The posting

We menen het uit de GROND van ons hart: wij kunnen niet zonder jou. In korte tijd is Grondwerken De Mol, actief in afbraak-, grond-, wegenis-, omgevings-, rioleringswerken en recyclage, uitgegroeid tot een dynamische en bonte familie van enthousiastelingen, ideeën en talenten. Dat moet ook wel want onze opdrachten rijzen als paddenstoelen uit de GROND en we verzetten hemel en AARDE om steeds aan de vraag van onze klanten tegemoet te komen. Dit alles heeft soms wat voeten in de AARDE, daarom kunnen we een extra paar gouden handen goed gebruiken. Jij bent namelijk onze FUNDERING die onze business draaiende houdt: de CEMENT tussen bureau en werf, de lijm tussen administratie en realisatie. Want we geven het grif toe: met Grondwerken De Mol willen we niet laag bij de GROND blijven. Jij helpt ons mee op de voor GROND te treden en onze realisaties uit de GROND te stampen.

En wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en dynamische arbeider.

Ervaring in wegenis- en rioleringswerken bij het bedienen van een rupskraan, bandenkraan, minigraver,...

Het is een zeer zelfstandige job maar tegelijk ben je afhankelijk en deel van het team.

Je zal onder andere volgend takenpakket toevertrouwd krijgen:

  • bedienen van een rups- en/of bandenkraan;
  • de handlangers/grondwerkers bijstaan met de kraan en ook bereid zijn zelf mee te werken;
  • planlezen en met een laser werken, hoogtes uitzetten enz;
  • je staat in nauw contact met de werfleider en communiceert steeds duidelijk over de stand van zaken, materiaal, ...

Wat valt er nu precies onder wegeniswerken? Dat is onder andere:

  • aanleg nieuwe wegen op verkavelingen;
  • uitbraak en heraanleg voet- en fietspaden;
  • plaatsen van klinkers, kasseien, dallen en borduren,...
  • plaatsen van straatkolken en putdeksels;
  • signalisatie plaatsen.

Voor onze vacature van kraanmachinist zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde bouwarbeiders met volgende eigenschappen:

  • je hebt ervaring als kraanmachinist in wegenis- en rioleringswerken;
  • veiligheid op de werf is voor jou erg belangrijk;
  • je bent een echte buitenmens, werken in weer en wind, daar ben je voor geboren;
  • je bent een teamplayer.
