Als Projectmanager in de bouw stuur jij de uitvoering strak aan, houd je overzicht in een complex speelveld en breng je mensen, planning en kwaliteit samen tot één sterk geheel. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en onderaannemers. Jij bewaakt voortgang, budget, veiligheid en afspraken, terwijl je rust creëert op de bouwplaats en met overtuiging richting geeft aan het team. Je werkt aan omvangrijke projecten in Amsterdam en Purmerend en weet onder druk koers te houden. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Leiden van het uitvoeringsteam op de bouwplaats. - Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding, uitvoerders en leveranciers. - Bewaken van planning, budget, manuren en kwaliteit. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de uitvoering. - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheid, orde en wet- en regelgeving. Je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en samen met betrokken collega's projecten succesvol te realiseren. Functie-eisen Jij brengt ervaring mee in de bouw en voelt je thuis in grote projecten waar plannen, organiseren en beslissingen nemen samenkomen. Met jouw helicopterview houd je overzicht en stuur je op resultaat, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen. Voor deze functie neem je mee: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, of vergelijkbare ervaring. - 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als projectmanager, hoofduitvoerder of bouwplaatsmanager. - Aantoonbare ervaring met utiliteits- en/of woningbouwprojecten. - Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Kennis van Microsoft Office; BIM en Dalux zijn een pré.
