  • Je volgt actief de nieuwste evoluties in de bouwwereld op — van innovatieve materialen en circulaire bouwtechnieken tot duurzame oplossingen die fabrikanten en leveranciers aanbieden.
  • Als Bouwtechnisch Coördinator heb je een brede kennis van de disciplines die de architect coördineert: technische installaties, structurele principes, akoestiek en EPB.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectmedewerkers en -leiders en speelt een centrale adviserende rol die de kwaliteit van elk dossier mee bepaalt.

Wat breng jij mee als Bouwtechnisch Coördinator in Antwerpen?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in architectuur, ingenieur-architectuur of bouwkundig ingenieur of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring en een uitgesproken affiniteit met high-end architecturale projecten
  • Je hebt een bijzondere interesse in bouwkosten, ramingen, duurzaamheid, circulariteit en innovatieve bouwtechnieken
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en organisatorisch onderlegd in het adviseren van projectleiders en projectmedewerkers
  • Een basiskennis van Revit of AutoCAD en BIM360 is een meerwaarde
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot; een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels is een extra troef
  • Je bent full time of minstens 4/5de beschikbaar op zelfstandige basis
