The posting

Als bouwvakhelper zal je voornamelijk bezig zijn met het onderhoud van ovens. Taken die hier onder andere bij horen zijn het onderhouden van de ovens, bakken schoonmaken, spullen opruimen, spullen verplaatsen, metselen en tegelen. Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen, je wordt namelijk volledig ingewerkt en opgeleid. Het belangrijkste is dat je altijd netjes op tijd bent en dat je graag fysiek zwaar werk wilt verrichten.

Je start met een inwerkperiode in een tweeploegendienst. Tijdens deze periode werk je van 06:00 - 14:00 uur of van 14:00 - 22:00 uur, zodat je het werk en de werkzaamheden goed leert kennen.

Na de inwerkperiode ga je werken in een vierploegendienst. Je werkt telkens vier dagen, waarna je twee achtereenvolgende dagen vrij bent. De werktijden zijn van 06:00 - 14:00 uur, 14:00 - 22:00 uur en 22:00 - 06:00 uur. De vrije dagen verschillen per week, waardoor je ook regelmatig op zaterdagen en zondagen zult werken.
