Heb jij hart voor het onderwijs en lijkt het jou geweldig om digitalisering te verbinden met de onderwijsvisie, samenhang aan te brengen en de besturen te ondersteunen bij informatiebeveiliging en privacy? Dan ben jij de verbindende kracht die wij zoeken! Als bovenschools ICT'er ben jij de regisseur en verbinder. Jij zorgt dat ICT niet op zichzelf staat, maar het onderwijs écht verder helpt. Je zet de grote lijnen uit, stelt prioriteiten en brengt bestuurders, schoolleiders en ICT-coördinatoren samen. De rol beweegt zich op drie samenhangende terreinen: strategische regie op ICT, de onderwijskundige inzet van ICT en digitale geletterdheid en informatiebeveiliging en privacy. ? ✔ Hbo+/wo werk- en denkniveau ✔ Ervaring in zowel onderwijs als ICT, met het vermogen om deze twee werelden te verbinden ✔ Ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling, projectmanagement en verandermanagement (of de bereidheid dit te leren) ✔ In staat om over de grenzen van scholen en besturen heen te werken ✔ Een stevige gesprekspartner voor bestuurders en schoolleiders, met gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen ✔ Verbindend, planmatig, analytisch en resultaatgericht ✔ Communicatief sterk: maakt complexe materie begrijpelijk en creëert draagvlak ✔ Affiniteit met onderwijsinnovatie, digitale geletterdheid en informatiebeveiliging : Een veelzijdige functie voor drie samenwerkende schoolbesturen, met ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de digitale toekomst van het onderwijs. Je wordt afhankelijk van je profiel en ervaring ingeschaald in schaal 11 of 12 (CAO PO). De omvang en verdeling van de functie bepalen we samen.
