Als Branch Manager krijg je interne en externe opleidingen die je helpen je functie optimaal te vervullen. Zo leer je gericht je klantenportefeuille uit te breiden en je team effectief te begeleiden.

Wie ben je?

Ben jij iemand die actief op zoek gaat naar nieuwe opportuniteiten? Bouw je graag aan een langdurige vertrouwensband met je klanten?

Heb je bovendien ervaring in het aansturen van een team? Ben je kei in het organiseren van alle taken en to-do’s van jouw medewerkers?

Wat ga je doen?

Jij bent het aanspreekpunt, de mentor én de motor achter de groei van je kantoor. Samen met de vrijheid van ondernemen, krijg je ook de verantwoordelijkheid voor de resultaten.

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar klanten, bedrijven die met Actief willen samenwerken op het vlak van uitzendarbeid en rekrutering.
  • Je begeleidt je team om snel en kwalitatief kandidaten te vinden voor bedrijven. Je bent dus een coachende leider die het beste uit zijn team haalt.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid — zowel voor werken binnen de wettelijke kaders en Actief-normen, als voor de commerciële en financiële resultaten van je kantoor.
  • Je bent de ambassadeur van Actief binnen het sociaal-professionele netwerk van jouw regio.
  • Resultaten zijn belangrijk: cijfers zijn niet alleen een uitkomst, maar ook een middel om die resultaten te sturen.

Als Branch Manager beschik je idealiter over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of je kunt terugvallen op relevante ervaring binnen de sector.

Je hebt een sterk commercieel instinct en haalt energie uit het opbouwen van klantenrelaties en het binnenhalen van nieuwe business.

Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen en coachen van een team, en weet mensen te motiveren én te laten groeien.
