En tant que Branch Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance et le succès continu de notre bureau à Mont-Saint-Guibert.

Voici vos responsabilités principales :

  • Gestion d’équipe :Vous dirigez et motivez une équipe de consultants, en les accompagnant dans leurs missions quotidiennes et en veillant à leur développement professionnel.
  • Relation clients :Vous entretenez des relations durables avec vos clients, en veillant à ce que leurs besoins soient toujours au cœur de nos services.
  • Développement commercial :Vous identifiez de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires, négociez des partenariats et élargissez le portefeuille clients.
  • Suivi des objectifs :Vous êtes responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs du bureau, en supervisant les performances de votre équipe et en ajustant les stratégies en fonction des résultats.
  • Contribution locale :Vous jouerez un rôle actif dans le renforcement de notre position dans la région de Mont-Saint-Guibert, grâce à votre connaissance du marché local et à votre sens du commerce.

Pour ce poste, voici le profil recherché :

  • Expérience en intérim ou en recrutement : Vous connaissez le secteur et ses réalités opérationnelles, commerciales et humaines.
  • Expérience en management : Vous avez déjà dirigé une équipe, idéalement dans le recrutement, le commercial ou l’intérim.
  • Connaissance du marché local de Mont-Saint-Guibert: Vous comprenez le tissu économique et les acteurs de la région.
  • Sens commercial : Vous êtes proactif(ve) et capable de saisir des opportunités commerciales tout en développant des relations solides.
  • Compréhension du métier : Vous maîtrisez les réalités du recrutement ou de l’intérim et pouvez intervenir de manière opérationnelle si nécessaire.
  • Organisation : Vous êtes à l’aise pour jongler avec plusieurs priorités et gérer des projets de manière efficace.
  • Leadership inspirant : Vous aimez motiver, guider et développer votre équipe pour qu’elle atteigne ses objectifs.
  • Dynamisme : Vous êtes une personne énergique et enthousiaste, capable de créer une ambiance positive au sein de votre équipe.
