Branch Manager Operations - Assen - Beveiliging & Surveillance - Full-time Branch Manager Operations - Assen - Full-time - Beveiliging & Surveillance - Datacenter beveiliging Dit ga je doen Als Branch Manager operations bij Securitas ben jij dé sleutelfiguur voor het behalen van operationele resultaten bij een toonaangevend datacenter, met meerdere locaties verspreid over het land. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een groep (team)managers die gezamenlijk leidinggeven aan een bezetting van ongeveer 350 FTE. Dit is voor o.a. de locaties Winschoten en Eemshaven. Je primaire focus ligt op het runnen van de business: het realiseren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen, het doorvoeren van efficiëntie maatregelen en het optimaliseren van processen. Samen met de teammanagers werk je actief aan de ontwikkeling van de organisatie, het verbeteren van werkprocessen en het verhogen van de medewerkerstevredenheid. Hierbij is aandacht voor personele zorg, duurzame inzetbaarheid en continue verbetering een belangrijk onderdeel. Een achtergrond in HR of affiniteit met HR-processen is daarom een pré. Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de Branch Manager die klant verantwoordelijk is voor dit datacenter. Een verdere greep uit jouw werkzaamheden als Branch Manager operations: - Je geeft leiding aan een groep (team)managers, die een totale operationele bezetting van hebben circa 350 FTE. - Je weet overzicht te houden en structuur aan te brengen in een snelgroeiende, dynamische omgeving. - Je ontwikkelt werkprocessen, voert operationeel overleg met relevante ondersteunende afdelingen en zorgt voor continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening. - Je zorgt samen met jouw teammanagers voor het naleven van HR-richtlijnen en werkt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid en loopbaanontwikkeling binnen het team. - Je voert bila's, functionerings- en ontwikkel- gesprekken en stimuleert een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen en ...
