Ben jij een allround marketeer die een sterk merk naar (nog) een hoger niveau wil tillen?

Voor een innovatief en gekend fabrikant van zoetwaren zijn wij op zoek naar een Brand Manager. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je strategisch denken met een hands-on aanpak. Je bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van het merk, ontwikkelt impactvolle marketingcampagnes en ondersteunt het salesteam met sterke commerciële tools.

Je krijgt veel ruimte om jouw ideeën uit te werken, samen te werken met externe marketingpartners en een zichtbare impact te maken binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontwikkelt en coördineert 360° marketingcampagnes in samenwerking met externe marketingbureaus
  • Je bewaakt de merkidentiteit en zorgt voor een consistente uitstraling over alle communicatiekanalen
  • Je analyseert marktgegevens, campagnes en resultaten en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam met presentaties, commerciële materialen en marketingtools
  • Je ontwikkelt promotiemateriaal zoals affiches & flyers
  • Je denkt actief mee na over nieuwe marketinginitiatieven en commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Je volgt de prestaties van campagnes op en werkt data-driven om maximale resultaten te behalen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne collega's en externe partners om marketingprojecten succesvol te realiseren

  • Je haalt energie uit het analyseren van marktgegevens en neemt beslissingen op basis van data
  • Je ondersteunt graag commerciële teams met sterke marketingmaterialen en presentaties
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig projecten beheren
