Wil jij aan de slag als marketeer bij een bekende speler in de voedingsindustrie?

In samenwerking met het team sta je in voor:

  • Je werkt mee aan het opmaken van het marketing jaarplan en staat in voor de coördinatie en doeltreffende uitrol van de verschillende marketingactiviteiten in lijn met de vooropgestelde strategie en doelstellingen.
  • Je bouwt een grondige kennis op van de B2B markten, je signaleert trends en volgt de concurrentie op de voet.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je productassortiment: je volgt productupdates en verpakkingsdesign op en je neemt het voortouw bij de lancering van nieuwe producten. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met verschillende andere afdelingen (R&D, inkoop en verkoop).
  • Je organiseert mee events, nationale en internationale beurzen en rolt publicaties in vakbladen uit.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert trade marketingactiviteiten die de commerciële teams ondersteunen bij het realiseren van hun doelstellingen. Je creëert verkoopsondersteunend materiaal, werkt mee aan klantpresentaties, productlanceringen en commerciële campagnes.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van marketingtools en content die de zichtbaarheid en positionering van Pauwels versterken bij bestaande en potentiële klanten.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan leadgeneratie en merkbekendheid via zowel online als offline kanalen. Samen met de digital marketeer zet je gerichte campagnes op voor verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je analyseert de resultaten van verschillende marketingactiviteiten waaronder trade en formuleert aanbevelingen om de effectiviteit en impact verder te verhogen.
  • Je werkt samen met de digital marketeer, brand marketeer B2C en onderhoudt contracten met externe partners zoals communicatiebureaus, designers, beursorganisatoren en andere marketing leveranciers.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Marketing en Communicatie Manager.
  • Je behaalde jouw bachelorsdiploma in een communicatie- en/of marketingrichting;
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
