Als onze nieuwe Brand & Marketing Lead ben je verantwoodelijk voor de volledige campagnes en social media tot unieke resort beleving. Je steekt graag je handen uit de mouwen en pakt zelf de regie om de marketingplannen tot leven te brengen. Van sprankelende fotoshoots tot doelgerichte landingspagina's: jij weet precies hoe je deze bijzondere plek laat schitteren. Ben jij de commerciële duizendpoot die gasten weet te raken? Dit ga je aanpakken: - Je ontwikkelt de merkstrategie, beheert het marketingbudget en vertaalt het commerciële jaarplan naar een heldere, resultaatgerichte marketing- en contentplanning; - Je bedenkt en realiseert samen met het team campagnes, social content, webpagina's en PR-activiteiten; - Je bent inhoudelijk het aanspreekpunt voor marketing, werkt samen met interne collega's en externe partners en benut je netwerk optimaal; - Je houdt ontwikkelingen binnen hospitality en wellness scherp in de gaten en vertaalt relevante trends en kansen naar concrete marketinginitiatieven; - Je geeft richting en overzicht, maar werkt als echte doenner volop mee op de werkvloer aan briefings, projecten en de operatie.
