Je komt terecht bij een internationaal familiebedrijf actief in de voedings- en zoetwarenindustrie, met een uitgebreid portfolio van iconische A-merken die al generaties lang geliefd zijn bij consumenten. Vanuit de Belgische vestiging in Antwerpen wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan de lokale positionering, groei en relevantie van deze merken.

De organisatie combineert traditie en innovatie, en biedt een stabiele werkomgeving met ruimte voor initiatief, ondernemerschap en samenwerking.

Als Brand Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en uitvoeren van lokale merkstrategieën. Je vormt de brug tussen strategie en activatie en werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners.

  • Ontwikkelen van lokale merkstrategieën en vertalen naar concrete marketingplannen
  • Opzetten en coördineren van creatieve 360° campagnes (online, offline en in-store)
  • Uitvoeren van markt- en concurrentieanalyses en opvolgen van consumententrends
  • Vertalen van inzichten naar impactvolle campagnes en activaties
  • Evalueren en optimaliseren van marketingacties op basis van resultaten
  • Ontwikkelen van social content, POS-materiaal, e-mailcampagnes en storytelling formats
  • Coördineren van interne stakeholders (o.a. sales) en externe partners (bureaus, media, drukwerk)
  • Opzetten van partnerships om merkzichtbaarheid te versterken
  • Beheer en opvolging van productlanceringen
  • Opmaak en bewaking van marketingbudgetten
  • Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in marketing, (bedrijfs)economie, communicatie of gelijkaardig
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Brand Manager of Trade Marketeer
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en vlot met data
  • Creatief denkvermogen en gevoel voor merkidentiteit en visuele communicatie
  • Ervaring met tools zoals Excel, PowerPoint en Canva
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels; goede kennis Frans
  • Proactieve teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Affiniteit en ervaring binnen de FMCG en voedingsindustrie
