DEINE AUFGABEN

* Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung des Markenauftritts von Del Fabro Kolarik unter Berücksichtigung von Markt-, Zielgruppen- und Branchentrends. * Sicherstellung eines konsistenten und markenkonformen Auftritts über alle Kommunikationskanäle und Touchpoints hinweg. * Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen. * Entwicklung zielgruppengerechter Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für Gastronomie-Kund:innen sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch verkaufsfördernde Inhalte. * Erstellung und Koordination von Verkaufs- und Kommunikationsunterlagen wie Präsentationen, Aktionsblättern und weiteren Marketingmaterialien. * Steuerung von Agenturen und externen Partnern sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität, Timing und Markenstandards. * Mitwirkung bei Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten, interner Kommunikation und Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen. * Eigenständige Weiterentwicklung von Themen und Projekten sowie Einbringen neuer Ideen und Impulse.

DAMIT KANNST DU ÜBERZEUGEN

* Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in Brand Management, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit. * Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marken, Design, CI und visuelle Kommunikation. * Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen sammeln und bist routiniert in der Erstellung und Koordination von Kommunikations- und Verkaufsunterlagen. * hast du Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse in Gastronomie, Food & Beverage, Handel oder B2B. * Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und externen Partnern. * Du arbeitest eigenständig, strategisch und bist pragmatisch in der Umsetzung. * Du hast ein hohe Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
