Ben jij een technisch talent met interesse in industriële installaties? Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar vind je het ook leuk om samen met collega's technische uitdagingen aan te pakken? Dan is deze functie als Brandertechnicus misschien wel iets voor jou!

Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde technische omgeving waar je werkt aan industriële verwarmings- en warmte-installaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud, herstellingen, opstart en afregeling van industriële branders en installaties. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking.

Als Brandertechnicus ga je zelfstandig of samen met collega's op pad voor onderhoud, interventies en opstarten van industriële installaties.

Je krijgt te maken met verschillende technische uitdagingen en zoekt telkens naar de oorzaak van een probleem én de meest geschikte oplossing.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan industriële branders op aardgas en stookolie.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van technische storingen.
  • Afregelen en optimaliseren van branders en installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van emissie- en verbrandingsmetingen.
  • Opstarten en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van controles en technische interventies bij klanten.
  • Assisteren bij de periodieke keuringen van industriële stoomketels en andere installaties.
  • Meehelpen bij het aansluiten en aansluiten van elektrische schakelkasten op de werf.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse technische werkzaamheden aan industriële warmte-installaties.
  • Correct rapporteren van uitgevoerde interventies en werkzaamheden.
  • Deelnemen aan een beurtrol voor een 24/7 permanentiedienst.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in elektriciteit, sanitair, elektromechanica, verbrandingstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en bent geïnteresseerd in industriële installaties.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent daarnaast een echte teamplayer en werkt vlot samen met collega's.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht: wanneer een installatie niet werkt zoals het hoort, wil je weten waarom.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om deel te nemen aan een permanentiesysteem.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor bijkomende opleidingen en technische certificaten.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en/of Frans. Een basiskennis Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Attesten zoals GI/GII, Cedicol, VCA of Cerga zijn een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met druktoestellen, industriële installaties of relevante technische reglementering is een extra troef.
