Dann bist du im vorbeugenden Brandschutz genau richtig!

In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass Gebäude sicher bleiben, bevor überhaupt etwas passiert. Du bist viel unterwegs, betreust deine eigenen Objekte, überprüfst wichtige Einrichtungen und erkennst Risiken frühzeitig. Dabei arbeitest du selbstständig, aber immer in Abstimmung mit deinem Team.

Der Job ist abwechslungsreich, praxisnah und definitiv nichts für langweilige Routinen - dafür aber perfekt für alle, die gern Verantwortung übernehmen und einen kühlen Kopf bewahren.

Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass alles sicher läuft - und genau das macht den Unterschied.

Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Objekten im vorbeugenden Brandschutz

* Durchführung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Eigenkontrollen

* Technische Beurteilung brandschutzrelevanter Einrichtungen

* Analyse von Störungsursachen und Abstimmung mit internen Stellen

* Vorbereitung von Angeboten für notwendige Instandsetzungen

* Koordination von Subunternehmen und technischen Teams bei Bedarf

* Unterstützung bei Revisionen sowie Durchführung von Räumungsübungen

* Digitale Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

* Laufende Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und internen Ansprechpartnern

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung von Vorteil (z. B. Elektro, Mechatronik, Lüftung oder vergleichbar)

* Interesse am vorbeugenden Brandschutz

* Mitgliedschaft bei einer Freiwilligen Feuerwehr von Vorteil

* Idealerweise absolvierte Brandschutz-Ausbildungen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Bereitschaft zum 24h-Bereitschaftsdienst

* Zuverlässige und termintreue Arbeitsweise

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (z. B. MS Outlook, interne Systeme)

* Kundenorientiertes sowie gewerkeübergreifendes Denken und Handeln

* Einwandfreier Leumund

Gehalt & Benefits

Arbeitszeit: 38,5h /Woche

Dienstbeginn: ab sofort

Dienstort: Wien und Umgebung

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt derzeit € 2.800 brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
