Heb jij altijd al willen weten hoe de perfecte cider of dat goudgele biertje tot stand komt? Voor onze klant in Alken zoekt Adecco een collega die niet bang is voor grote installaties, technische uitdagingen en een flinke dosis verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij zorgt dat alles draait en het bier stroomt! Van het aansluiten van tankwagens tot het analyseren van stalen in het lab: jouw werkdag is nooit hetzelfde. Je bent de eerste die een storing ziet en de laatste die de kwaliteit checkt. Samen met je team zorg je dat we elke dag een beetje beter worden.

Jouw profiel:

  • Jij hebt een passie voor bier en het brouwproces.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor in chemie, biochemie of een technische richting, maar geen zorgen, ervaring telt ook mee!
  • Je houdt van werken met computersystemen en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een analytische mindset.
  • Je hebt geen schrik van een 3-ploegen systeem.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig knopen doorhakt. Jouw ritme: Een schema met balans We werken in een gevarieerd 5-wekensysteem. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent en geniet je van de voordelen van ploegwerk:
  • Week 1: Nachtshift (ma t/m vr) – Lekker rustig knallen terwijl de rest slaapt.
  • Week 2: Late shift (ma t/m vr) – Uitslapen in de ochtend!
  • Week 3: Vroege shift (ma t/m vr) – Heerlijk op tijd thuis voor de avond.
  • Week 4: Nachtfocus (start op zondag, 12-urige shifts) – Korte, krachtige week.
  • Week 5: Korte vroege ploeg (di t/m vr) – Geniet van een extra lang weekend!
