Brigadier

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als brigadier, voorman of ploegbaas ben jij de drijvende kracht op de werf.

Je staat in voor het operationeel aansturen van een team medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden kwalitatief, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant als de werfleiding.

Jouw takenpakket

Als brigadier / ploegbaas op industriële werven behoren volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • aansturen en begeleiden van een ploeg medewerkers op de werf
  • toezien op de correcte uitvoering van het constructieproces
  • bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieuvoorschriften
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de klant op de werf
  • nauw overleg met de werfleider en projectverantwoordelijken
  • organiseren en geven van toolbox meetings
  • uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties
  • rapporteren van ongevallen en incidenten
  • opvolgen van werfadministratie zoals:
  • vergunningen
  • uurregistraties
  • dagelijkse rapportering
  • ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van het KVM-beleid (Kwaliteit, Veiligheid & Milieu)

PROFIEL

Voor deze vacature zoeken we een kandidaat met volgend profiel:

  • minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in:

tankbouw, staalbouw en aanverwante industriële sectoren

  • ervaring als lasser, brigadier, voorman of ploegbaas
  • ervaring in de (petro)chemische sector is een sterke plus
  • sterke technische kennis en technisch inzicht
  • kennis van lastechnieken en normeringen is een troef
  • ervaring met het lezen van plannen
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • je bent pc-vaardig
  • je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en leidinggevende skills
  • je hebt een geldig VCA-attest, bij voorkeur VCA VOL, of bent bereid dit te behalen
