**Functieomschrijving: Brigadier / Ploegbaas**

**Leiderschap & Houding:**

- Neemt volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning van de werkzaamheden.

- Actief aanwezig op de werf om taken aan te sturen en waar nodig te corrigeren.

- Motiveert en begeleidt het team, en zorgt voor een positieve werkomgeving.

- Houdt een duidelijk overzicht, zelfs wanneer er meerdere werven gelijktijdig lopen.

- Signaleert proactief potentiële problemen en neemt zelfstandig initiatief om deze op te lossen.

**Veiligheid & Kwaliteit:**

- Verantwoordelijk voor:

- De correcte uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden.

- Het dragen van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s) door het team.

- Het handhaven van orde en netheid op de werf.

- De naleving van alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen, ook door onderaannemers.

**Administratie & Opvolging:**

- Beheert beperkte werfadministratie en zorgt voor een accurate opvolging van richtlijnen, planning en deadlines.

- Schakelt vlot tussen werfleider en projectleiding om een soepele werking te garanderen.

**Talen:**

- Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands, essentieel voor veiligheidscommunicatie.

- Basiskennis van het Engels om effectief te communiceren met arbeiders die beperkt Nederlands spreken.

**Dagelijkse Taken:**

- **Aansturen (80%):**

- Actief aansturen van het werkteam op de werf.

- Coördineren en toezicht houden op de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

- Corrigeren en bijsturen waar nodig om de kwaliteit en veiligheid te waarborgen.

- Communiceren met werf- en projectleiding over de voortgang en eventuele aanpassingen.

- **Meewerken (20%):**

- Effectief meewerken aan de werkzaamheden op de werf wanneer nodig.

- Demonstreren van de juiste werkwijzen en veiligheidsmaatregelen aan het team.

- Hands-on aanpak om het team te ondersteunen en te motiveren.

**Functievereisten: Brigadier / Ploegbaas**

**Ervaring:**

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als brigadier of ploegbaas in de bouwsector.

- Ervaring in betonherstelwerken is een pré.

- Ervaring in het aansturen en begeleiden van een team van ongeveer 5 arbeiders, inclusief onderaannemers.

**Leiderschap & Houding:**

- Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning.

- Actief en aanwezig op de werf om taken aan te sturen en te corrigeren waar nodig.

- Goede motivatie- en begeleidingsvaardigheden om een positieve werkomgeving te creëren.

- Capaciteit om een duidelijk overzicht te houden, zelfs bij meerdere lopende werven.

- Proactief in het signaleren van problemen en het nemen van initiatief om deze op te lossen.

**Veiligheid & Kwaliteit:**

- In het bezit van een VCA Vol-certificaat.

- Een BCCA-attest is een sterke plus; indien niet aanwezig, bereidheid om deze opleiding te volgen.

- Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte uitvoering van werkzaamheden, het dragen van PBM’s, het handhaven van orde en netheid, en de naleving van veiligheidsrichtlijnen.

**Administratie & Opvolging:**

- Beperkte werfadministratie beheren en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van richtlijnen, planning en deadlines.

- Vlotte communicatie en samenwerking met werfleider en projectleiding.

**Talen:**

- Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands.

- Basiskennis van het Engels.
