Geef richting aan een team van monteurs en zorg ervoor dat industriële E&I-projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Als Brigadier E&I stuur je dagelijks monteurs aan, verdeel je het werk en deel je jouw technische expertise op de werf. Je krijgt de kans om jouw ervaring in elektriciteit en instrumentatie in te zetten binnen een industriële omgeving waar samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je streeft ernaar om opdrachten binnen de afgesproken termijn uit te voeren
  • je stuurt een team van monteurs aan, verdeelt de taken en ondersteunt waar nodig
  • je communiceert met de Site Supervisor over onregelmatigheden en mogelijke oplossingen
  • je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van gepresteerde uren, extra materialen en ondertekende bonnen
  • je doet samen met de klant een rondgang na afloop van de werkzaamheden en bespreekt eventuele verbeterpunten of aanpassingen
  • je ziet erop toe dat technische voorschriften en veiligheidsregels consequent worden toegepast
  • je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

  • meer dan 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de industriële E&I-sector
  • ervaring als elektricien-monteur
  • je werkt zelfstandig en deelt jouw kennis en ervaring graag met collega’s
  • je leest en interpreteert zelfstandig technische plannen en vertaalt deze naar een succesvolle uitvoering van installaties
  • goede basiskennis van MS Office
  • je communiceert vlot en overtuigend en werkt graag samen met verschillende betrokkenen
  • je denkt oplossingsgericht
  • je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
