Jobomschrijving

We zijn onze zoektocht gestart naar een Brigadier Sortings.

Als Brigadier heb je de dagelijkse operationele leiding over jouw ploeg van ongeveer 7 mensen. Je staat in voor het plannen, opvolgen en bijsturen van het team en de werkzaamheden. Je helpt hen mee in het behalen van de resultaten. Je houdt ook sterk toezicht op de veiligheidsprocedures en geeft instructie waar nodig.

In functie van continue verbetering denk je proactief mee en initieer je voorstellen, om in samenspraak met je collega-brigadiers en directe leidinggevende - de Manager van de afdeling Sortings - te komen tot optimalisatie.

Je bent vertrouwd met:

  • Veiligheid beschouw je als topprioriteit. Je hebt respect voor afspraken en procedures, en werkt actief en proactief mee aan het veiligheidsbeleid. Je weet wanneer nodig op een correcte, doch corrigerende manier op te treden indien regels en afspraken niet nageleefd worden.
  • Je beschikt over een secundair diploma in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een procesomgeving, bij voorkeur tevens ervaring met leidinggeven.
  • Werken binnen team, ondersteuning bieden en kennis delen met collega’s zijn voor jou een evidentie. Je kunt goed overweg met verschillende persoonlijkheden.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Je slaagt erin prioriteiten binnen de veelheid aan taken vast te leggen.
  • Je kan goed overweg met IT systemen.
  • Je beschikt over een attest om te werken met een rolbrug, heftruck en bulldozer, of bent bereid deze intern te behalen.
