Jouw uitdagingen zullen zijn: - Jij sluit zelfstandig (complexe) brandverzekeringen af en beheert en verlengt bestaande contracten. - Jij vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt deze kritisch en onderhandelt met verzekeraars over premie en voorwaarden. - Jij beoordeelt verzekeringsanalyses en technische inspectierapporten en vertaalt deze naar heldere adviezen. - Jij adviseert klanten over risico's, dekkingen en passende oplossingen. - Jij bouwt actief aan je netwerk, volgt marktontwikkelingen en draagt bij aan omzetgroei en procesverbetering. Wat daar tegenover staat: Jij komt te werken bij een informele en dynamische organisatie waar je alles mag worden, behalve ongelukkig. Jij krijgt de mogelijkheid om te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wij bieden geen baan maar een loopbaan. Daarnaast bieden wij jou: - Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur. - Direct een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd. - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 4.910 tot € 6.150 op basis van 40 uur. - Mogelijkheid tot hybride werken met als standplaats Rotterdam. - Een leasefietsregeling. - Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per km met de auto, € 0,25 per km met de fiets of te voet, en reizen met het OV in de 2e klas wordt volledig vergoed. - 27 vakantiedagen als je 40 uur werkt. - Persoonlijk Keuzebudget (PKB): Jij bepaalt zelf hoe je een deel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden inzet: meer verlof, extra salaris of een opleiding. - Al...
