Boury is een restaurant met drie Michelin-sterren en internationale erkenning voor zijn precisie, verfijning en compromisloze kwaliteitsnormen. De keuken opereert op het hoogste niveau van de hedendaagse gastronomie, waar vakmanschap, discipline en perfectie centraal staan in alles wat we doen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren, gestructureerde en creatieve bakker. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productie van brood en bakkerijproducten op het hoogste gastronomische niveau. Je werkt nauw samen met het keukenteam om consistentie, kwaliteit en een foutloze uitvoering te garanderen, en draagt zo rechtstreeks bij aan de totale beleving van de gasten.

Je staan in voor:

  • het bereiden en bakken van ambachtelijke broden en bakkerijproducten volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van Boury;
  • het beheren van de dagelijkse mise-en-place en productieplanning voor bakkerijproducten;
  • het bijdragen aan een professionele, gedisciplineerde en teamgerichte werkomgeving;
  • het continu streven naar verbetering in technieken, efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring.

Met zicht op communicatie binnen ons internationaal team spreek en begrijp je Engels, kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
