Bij Bakkerij Van Eck in Damwald werk je met mooie producten, moderne én traditionele technieken en een gezellig team. Parttime of fulltime? Het kan allebei! Zo maak je werk van jouw toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als broodbakker ben je iedere dag bezig met één van de mooiste ambachten: het maken van écht vers brood. Je begint met het voorbereiden en afwegen van de grondstoffen en zorgt ervoor dat het deeg volgens recept wordt gemengd, gekneed en verwerkt. Vervolgens houd je het rijsproces goed in de gaten en zorg je ervoor dat de broden op het juiste moment de oven in gaan. Van het eerste deeg tot het moment waarop de versgebakken broden de bakkerij verlaten: jij houdt het proces scherp in de gaten. Je werkt met verschillende soorten deeg en producten en hebt oog voor de juiste structuur, vorm, kleur en smaak. Natuurlijk hoort daar ook het netjes en schoon houden van je werkplek bij en werk je volgens de geldende hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP). Je werkt samen met ervaren bakkers en banketbakkers en zorgt er met elkaar voor dat de winkel iedere dag goed gevuld is met verse en kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten. Je start twee keer per week al om 04.00 uur. De overige werktijden stemmen we in goed overleg met elkaar af. En dat is mooi, want deze functie is zowel parttime als fulltime in te vullen.
