Bij Au Flan Breton krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan onze ambachtelijke bakkerij. We zoeken een broodbakker die graag autonoom werkt, kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en zin heeft in een nieuwe uitdaging.

Als broodbakker maak jij elke nacht mee het verschil. Terwijl de rest van de wereld slaapt, zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten 's morgens kunnen genieten van vers en ambachtelijk brood.

Je werkt zelfstandig in ons atelier, maar maakt tegelijk deel uit van een team waarin vakmanschap, kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Uren & werkregeling

  • 38 uur per week
  • 5 dagen per week
  • Werkuren tussen 22u00 en 06u00
  • 2 vrije dagen per week
  • Nachtwerk
  • Vaste job – interimcontracten komen niet in aanmerking
  • Flexi-jobbers komen wel in aanmerking

Wat ga je doen?

Als broodbakker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige bakproces:

  • Deeg bereiden en deegstukken verdelen, rollen en vormen
  • Het rijsproces en de gisting opvolgen
  • Brood en speciale broodsoorten bereiden
  • Deegstukken en patisserie voorbakken en afbakken
  • Producten tijdig uit de oven halen en controleren
  • Ervoor zorgen dat onze producten elke dag aan onze kwaliteitsstandaarden voldoen
