Bij Vroeg werk je dagelijks met desem, verse producten en ambachtelijke processen. Je ziet jouw brood terug in de winkel, op tafel in het restaurant en bij onze gasten. Samen met een betrokken team werk je iedere dag aan kwaliteit. Over het bedrijfOnder de rook van Utrecht, op een bijzondere locatie in Bunnik, ligt Vroeg. Hier komen restaurant, bakkerij, winkel, events en gastvrijheid samen onder één dak. Dagelijks ontvangen we gasten voor ontbijt, lunch, diner, vergaderingen en evenementen.

De bakkerij is een belangrijk onderdeel van het concept. We bakken dagelijks brood en bakkerijproducten voor het restaurant, de winkel en onze gasten. Daarbij werken we met desem, natuurlijke fermentatie en kwalitatieve ingrediënten. Het desem van Vroeg bestaat al bijna zestien jaar en brood krijgt hier bewust de tijd om smaak te ontwikkelen.

Wat Vroeg voor veel bakkers bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van ambacht en dynamiek. De bakkerij staat niet op zichzelf, maar maakt onderdeel uit van een omgeving waar restaurant, winkel en bakkerij dagelijks samenwerken. Daardoor ontstaan regelmatig nieuwe ideeën, producten en mogelijkheden om mee te denken.

Daarnaast kom je terecht in een hecht team waar collega's elkaar helpen, kennis delen en samen werken aan producten waar ze trots op zijn. De sfeer is informeel, betrokken en direct.
