Elke dag is anders en vol verrassingen: zij brouwen niet alleen de klassiekers, maar proberen bijna elke week iets nieuws uit! Dit maakt jouw werk als brouwer bij ons een uitdaging zonder routine.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Grondstoffen afwegen: Jij zorgt voor de juiste hoeveelheid ingrediënten die essentieel zijn voor het perfecte bier.
  • Brouwen: Je hebt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het brouwen van onze bieren.
  • Documentatie: Je houdt nauwkeurig bij welke stappen je neemt, zodat alles traceerbaar blijft.
  • Lab analyses: Het nemen van monsters voor laboratoriumonderzoek en het uitvoeren van basisanalyses behoren ook tot je taken.
  • Schoonmaak en onderhoud: Je zorgt ervoor dat de brouwinstallaties en de werkplek altijd hygiënisch en operationeel blijven.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Het signaleren van defecten of het aandragen van verbetervoorstellen aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke.
  • Passie voor bier: Jouw liefde voor bier is het allerbelangrijkste!
  • Technisch inzicht: Een diploma in een technische of bio-gerelateerde richting (A2 of bachelor) of relevante ervaring.
  • Fysieke kracht: Je bent bereid om fysiek werk te doen, zoals het aankoppelen van slangen en het toevoegen van additieven.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereid om te werken in een ploegenrooster (2 weken vroege dienst, 2 weken late dienst, 2 weken nachtdienst).
  • Talenkennis: Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
