Vanuit het Limburgse buurtschap Thull, midden tussen de groene heuvels van Zuid-Limburg, brouwen wij onze bieren volgens onze vertrouwde recepturen en met respect voor onze rijke traditie. Werken bij ALFA betekent dan ook werken met een prachtig product, in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is en waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en betrokkenheid centraal staan. We zoeken jou! Als Leerling Brouwer/Filtreerder krijg je de kans om het ambacht van het brouwen in de praktijk te leren. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je je tot een zelfstandig brouwer en filtreerder. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Het uitvoeren en bewaken van het volledige brouwproces volgens de vastgestelde voorschriften; - Het bedienen, controleren en beheren van de verschillende installaties; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit; - Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden rondom filtratie; - Het reinigen en onderhouden van het brouwhuis; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en waar nodig actie ondernemen; - Het nauwkeurig registreren en rapporteren van procesgegevens; Je beschikt over: - Aantoonbaar MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Zelfstandig werken en een flexibele instelling wat betreft snel opvolgende werkzaamheden; - Nauwkeurig bewaken van brouwprocessen binnen de richtlijnen. Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, procestechniek of brouwerij is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Wij leren je graag het vak!
